Government needs to live within its means while providing quality services. You live within your budget; the County needs to also. 

We need to grow our tax base. Counties with well-thought-out growth tend to have lower 

property taxes. I will promote our County at every opportunity.  

I will listen first. Understanding the whole issue before making decisions is key to sound solutions. I will do my homework and take the time to involve those affected in order to create the best outcome.  

We need to be excellent at our core: public safety, transportation, protecting our natural resources, and efficiently deliver primarily state-funded programs such as health and human services.
