Hi, I'm David
I grew up on a family farm in northwestern MN where we raised dairy, beef cattle, and crops. My Great Grandparents started our farm, which was recognized as a Century Farm in 2017.
Working and paying my way through North Dakota State University led to a degree in Agriculture Education and Animal Science. My career started as a high school Ag Teacher in Halstad, MN where I met my future wife, Teri.
We moved to Le Sueur County in 1988 when I was selected to serve as the Le Sueur County Agriculture Extension Agent. We have lived here ever since and raised our sons, Ethan and Cody. Both gained a solid education, earned college degrees, and live nearby - Ethan and Amanda with their son, William and Cody and Juhaan. Teri served as the Superintendent for Tri-City United School District and continues to work in education.
Family comes first in our lives and doing things like boating, going to high school and college football games, grilling, and playing with our Grandson is the best!
